This website is operated by Taadhi Designer. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Taadhi Designer. Taadhi Designer offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
CUSTOM ORDER TERMS
All deposits are non-refundable and upon payment of a deposit you accept that you are entering into a contract with us. From this moment, time and effort is taken to prepare for your date. Subject to our availability, if you need to postpone your item, the deposit will be transferred to your new booking. Deposits are not transferrable to other clients or other services.
All items must be paid in full 30 days prior to the date of your pick up.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds for any completed services. If you are in any way dissatisfied as the service is being completed, it is up to the client to notify us during the service. After the item leaves the studio, any changes will be an extra charge.
CANCERLLATIONS
Changes can be made to the services prior to the wedding or event, but services cannot come to less than the deposit paid. If changes or cancellations are made within three months of the date of the booking, the following conditions will apply (we remind you the deposit is non-refundable):
Up to 3 months prior to the date – No cancellation fees apply but the deposit is non refundable.
3 months – to the date of booking – 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking invoice will be charged, no refunds.
All booking must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the event date.
